FOR RPOs & STAFFING FIRMS HIRING INTO GCCs

More closures
per recruiter.
Zero new headcount.

Your recruiters' time goes to intake calls, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups — not closing. Cresco is a three-agent AI team that takes those four cost lines off their plate, so every recruiter runs more reqs and every req moves faster.

Preps your recruiter before the intake call, builds the rubric after it.

The Recruiter
SOURCING & PRE-SCREEN

Sources, screens, and ranks — hands over a shortlist your recruiter can trust.

The Coordinator
SCHEDULING & ENGAGEMENT

Scheduling, reminders, feedback — no candidate goes cold on the way to offer.

You're paid per closure. Your cost is everything before it.

Every rejected shortlist, every idle recruiter hour, every cold candidate is margin your firm already earned and is now losing.

01
Intake is lossy, and rework is expensive.A client HM sends a two-line brief, your recruiter sources against it, and the first shortlist gets rejected — because the real requirements were never in the text. Every rejected shortlist is days of unbilled sourcing work.
02
One recruiter, a dozen GCC reqs, no leverage.GCC ramp-ups open dozens of positions at once. Your recruiters juggle sourcing, screening, and first rounds across all of them in parallel — and the number of reqs one recruiter can hold is your revenue ceiling.
03
Coordination eats the calendar. Two interview rounds, feedback chasing, reminders, reschedules, ATS updates, candidate queries — across hundreds of candidates. Hours the client isn't paying extra for, and where closures slip.

A pod behind every recruiter.

Your recruiters stay the face of every relationship. Cresco is the team working behind them.

AGENT 01
The Requirement Specialist
CLIENT INTAKE

Your recruiter runs the intake call with the client's hiring manager — the Specialist makes it count. Before the call: a prep brief with salary bands, skill adjacencies, and the questions that usually go unasked. After the call: a structured fit rubric and sourcing plan the whole pipeline runs on.

"You run the call. I'll make sure nothing important goes unasked."
AGENT 02
The Recruiter
SOURCING & PRE-SCREEN

Sources across channels with Boolean craft and recruiter tactics, runs reach-outs, and pre-screens every candidate against the rubric's fixed criteria. Your recruiter gets a ranked shortlist with a per-candidate evidence report — ready to review and forward with confidence.

"Ranked, vetted, and ready before your standup."
AGENT 03
The Coordinator
SCHEDULING & ENGAGEMENT

Once the client picks from the shortlist: interview scheduling, reminders, auto-rescheduling to lift show-rates, feedback from candidates and interviewers, and status updates — the candidate's single point of contact through every slow stage of the funnel.

"No candidate goes cold on my watch."

Your recruiters close. Cresco does the rest.

One handoff at a time — one requisition, or a hundred running in parallel.

Your delivery data becomes your edge

When a center opens 60 reqs in a quarter, this is the only way the math works.

GCC ramp-ups are the hardest shape of hiring: high volume, lateral tech talent, distributed client HMs, tight timelines — and your fee tied to closures, not effort.

THE MATH

One Requirement Specialist conversation per req. One Recruiter pipeline per req. One Coordinator thread per candidate — all running in parallel, so a ramp-up means more revenue per recruiter instead of a hiring spree of your own.

Meets everyone where they'll actually reply.

Cresco doesn't pick one channel and hope. It works all three, in the order that gets a real answer fastest.

Voice calls

The Requirement Specialist's intake prep and the Coordinator's interview reminders, with natural retry logic — a missed call isn't a dead end, it's a scheduled second attempt.

Call → no pickup → retry in 2 hrs → retry next day

WhatsApp

The Recruiter's candidate outreach and the Coordinator's scheduling and status updates, with read receipts tracked and replies routed straight back to the candidate record.

No answer → WhatsApp sent → read receipt tracked → reply routes to record

Email

The paper trail — shortlist reports to hiring managers, interview summaries, and ATS-ready updates that need a written record.

Trigger event → notify client + recruiter, in one send

Your ATS stays the system of record.

No rip-and-replace, no parallel database your team has to reconcile. Cresco reads open reqs and writes back every stage change — so your reporting, compliance, and client dashboards stay exactly where they are today.

Human review on every shortlist

The questions you're already asking.

Does an AI talk to my client's hiring managers?
No. Your recruiter runs every intake call. The Requirement Specialist preps them before it — salary bands, skill mappings, the questions that usually go unasked — and turns the conversation into a structured rubric and sourcing plan afterward. Your client experiences a sharper recruiter, never a bot.
Will the shortlist quality match what my recruiters produce?
That's what the pilot is for: run one live req through Cresco alongside your current process and compare shortlist acceptance, time-to-shortlist, and show-rates. Every candidate comes with a per-candidate evidence report, and your recruiter reviews every shortlist before it reaches the client.
Do my clients need to know we use Cresco?
Cresco runs under your brand — outreach, scheduling, and reminders all carry your firm's name. Whether and how you disclose AI assistance is your call, subject to your client agreements; we support either posture.
Who talks to candidates, and what if the AI gets something wrong?
Candidate conversations run on scripts and criteria you approve, under your brand, with full transcripts of every touch. Anything ambiguous or sensitive escalates to your recruiter instead of being improvised. You can audit any conversation, any time.
Is my candidate database used to train a tool my competitors also use?
No. Your data stays in your instance and improves only your rubrics and rankings. It is never used to train models that serve other firms — contractually, not just as policy.
How do you handle bias and screening compliance?
Pre-screening runs against fixed, documented criteria from the intake rubric — every screen-out has a recorded reason, and your recruiter reviews decisions before they're final. Cresco is DPDP compliant: candidate PII is encrypted in transit and at rest and handled per India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
Does it work with our ATS and job boards?
Yes — your ATS stays the system of record. Cresco integrates with the agency-side systems your recruiters live in (CEIPAL, Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Recruit CRM) and the client-side platforms GCCs run on (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Darwinbox), writing back every stage change. Sourcing runs through your existing Naukri and LinkedIn licenses.
How is it priced?
Per active requisition plus a success fee on every joining — see the Pricing section above. It's built to feel like a sourcing-cost line item next to your Naukri and LinkedIn spend, not a new technology bill, and the larger share of it only lands when someone actually joins.
Will you eventually sell directly to my clients?
No. Cresco sells through recruiting firms, not around them. Your client relationships are the distribution we're betting on.
How long until a pilot starts?
One live requisition, no data migration, running within days — you compare the numbers at the end.
